Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be ready for shipment.
Returns:
Wild Explorers cannot offer returns due to each item being handmade after the order is placed. However, if I made a mistake on your order, I am happy to make it right for you! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. You can email us at [email protected].
Exchanges:
I can offer an exchange only if I have the size/color you need already made on hand. Exchanges are $10, to cover a restocking fee and shipping back to you.
**Please note that exchanges must be sent back to us within 15 days of originally of receiving the shoes.
**Please note that Studded Moccasins and Size 0 moccasins are not eligible for return/exchange.
**Please note that moccasins purchased during a sale are not eligible for an exchange.
About Leather:
My moccasins are handmade with loving care, so each pair may have a slight difference in some way. These shoes are made with 100% genuine leather from cowhide. Each cow hide is unique and no two are the exact same. Please understand that slight markings and nicks are a normal part of leather hide. I take pride in each shoe that I offer, therefore I would not sell a shoe that I would not love to receive and put on my little guy's feet.
The colored leather may give your child's foot a temporary "stain" that washes off in the bath.
Shipping:
I ship USPS First Class, you will receive a tracking number. As much as I would love to be able to hand deliver every package, it is not possible so we can not be held liable for lost packages in the mail. It is extremely rare for a package to get lost in the mail. The customer is responsible for entering the correct mailing address, I cannot refund or remake shoes for customers who enter wrong addresses. Please, Please double check your address! :)
As always, please supervise children with any handmade item. Wild Explorers is not held responsible for any injuries from our products. Use and purchase at your own judgment.
